Most importantly they moved everything into our new 3 bedroom home without a single issue, and I mean NOTHING was damaged, not even nicked! In fact, Paul was so kind to use a tool they had to actually fix our son’s bed!! This was through and through for all their staff starting from Tammy on the phone to Jacob coming to the house and walking us through everything. On the packing day God blessed us with Joseph, Jami and John. On the moving day we had John, Jami and Jerry. These guys were such kind people who looked after our stuff like their own. They carefully and meticulously packed everything and moved every box, furniture into the new house without any hurry with great precision and caution. Half way into the move Jacob came over to over see if everything was to our liking. These guys get the job done without any hassle. If you have them pack then my only recommendation is that you buy your own boxes from Lowe’s, home depot or Walmart that will really help save on packing expense which the Jacob had conveyed to us in the beginning so that helped us planned better. I would recommend Gilbert moving a family owned company 100%. read less

I was so shocked at how fast they loaded up the truck. They were such hard workers, especially with me living on the 3rd floor with ONLY stairs. They were very professional and hard-working people. I've moved a lot, and this was the only time I was relieved from stress once they moved it so fast. No damage to anything either they padded up and used protective supplies for the move. I usually don't write reviews but I felt I needed to do so with this company. From start to finish, there was great communication. Their pricing was very upfront and affordable. Anything that I needed to pack was provided to me. Their estimate was practically spot on with what was needed. We had 4 guys on our move, Jaime, John, James & Chad. All wonderful, kind, hard working men. They showed up on time. Worked HARD from beginning to end. They communicated to me thru out the move on what was to be expected. They went above and beyond with making sure all of our belongings were handled with care and then placed in our new home exactly where I wanted them to be. I had requested assembly of a few items. They were very detailed and made sure everything was done correctly. Moving in August, one of the hotter months here, it was a hard days work. These men never once complained about anything and made sure I was happy with everything. I highly recommend this company to help with the hardest part of moving. read less

Gilbert Moving & Storage promise to you is that you will receive a quality experience from start to finish, we will communicate with you throughout your move. Your professional Moving Consultants will get a full inventory of all your belongings while booking your move and will give you a confirmation call days before your move date to make sure we didn’t miss anything.

On the day of your move, your fully uniformed professional movers will show up on time; your lead driver will give you a call or text message letting you know that we on our way.  Upon arrival, the crew will introduce themselves and perform a walkthrough before your move begins to make sure you the customer and the crew are on the same page, the crew will then get to work! We will pad wrap all of your furniture and carefully package all of your fragile items with proper packaging materials, we will then load your belongings room by room in an organized fashion into the truck so that when we unload, everything comes out one room at a time.

After all of the contents have been unloaded, the crew will clean up and perform a final walkthrough to make sure you are 100% satisfied and that everything is off the truck and that there are no damages to your precious furniture or to your precious new home.
